Friends of Publish What You Fund
Friends of Publish What You Fund is a US-based nonprofit organisation, established in May 2015 with the objective of promoting aid transparency. Its particular focus is improving the transparency, effectiveness and accountability of US foreign assistance. Friends works in partnership with many stakeholders with similar objectives, including its UK-based partner, Publish What You Fund.
Friends of Publish What You Fund is chaired by Tessie San Martin, CEO of FHI 360. Tessie was appointed to the role on 31st March 2025, taking over from George Ingram who chaired the Board for over a decade.
