EU Aidwatch, which is a group of NGOs monitoring aid quality and quantity across the member states LINK (last year’s report) is in the processing of compiling it’s yearly report. Look out for a major section on aid transparency.

(USA) – As the World Bank launches a review of its policy on access to information, the Global Transparency Initiative will track the review process and provide analytical support to civil society groups concerned with transparency standards at the Bank.

We are impressed with the emergence of the initiatives and we will be delighted to find a common ground with what we do to impress on our Government way back in Nigeria to imbibe the principles of Aid Transparency.
