Definition
The baseline value for the indicator is the value of the indicator at the point that an activity commences.
A target value is the intended final value of an indicator.
A record of the achieved result for this period is the current value for the indicator for the most recent reporting period.
Additional definitions and notes
If the activity has ended, then the actual results should be available within 12-months of ending.
