New papers from the World Bank

The World Bank Institute’s Access to Information Program has published three papers, covering issues including proactive transparency, access to information, and citizen participation:

“Proactive Transparency: The future of the right to information? A review of standards, challenges, and opportunities by Helen Darbishire”, “Access to Public Information and Citizen Participation in Supreme Audit Institutions (SAI): Guide to Good Practices” by Ezequiel Nino, and “Access to Information and Transparency in the Judiciary: A Guide to Good Practices from Latin America” by Alvaro Herrero and Gaspar Lopez.
