Publish What You Fund is pleased to announce the addition of two new members to the Board of Directors, Owen Barder, senior fellow at the Centre for Global Development, and Ellen Miller, executive director of the Sunlight Foundation, who both bring with them a wealth of experience in the field of international development and transparency.

Commenting on the work of Publish What You Fund, Mr. Barder said:

“There is an unanswerable case for aid transparency: it reduces corruption and waste, ensures that aid reaches the people it is meant to help, helps decision-makers in developing countries, and builds support for aid in donor countries. Publish What You Fund has already helped bring about a revolution in the aid system, and there is much more to do.”

Also commenting on her new role, Ms. Miller said she was “delighted” to be on the Publish What You Fund board, adding that “their work is amazing”.
