The baseline value for the indicator is the value of the indicator at the point that an activity commences. A target value is the intended final value of an indicator. A record of the achieved result for this period is the current value for the indicator for the most recent reporting period.

22. Activity indicators / metrics

Project indicators are the key development outcomes that a project is expected to achieve. Metrics are the units of measurement within the indicators. Definitions and methodologies clarify the use and collection of indicators and metrics specific to the context of the activity.
