Definition
A DFI contact shows who can be contacted in relation to this activity at the DFI. This does not have to be the contact information for an individual or project manager and could refer to a central contact or information desk.
A client contact shows who can be contacted in relation to this activity at the client. This does not have to be the contact information for an individual or project manager and could refer to a central contact or information desk.
These must be stated alongside the activity or on an obvious “contact us” link alongside the activity.
Additional definitions and notes
For sovereign operations contact information for the implementing agency should be disclosed in the same manner as described here.
It is also accepted if the DFI provides a URL link to the client’s website where the client contact information can be readily found from the webpage provided.
