Definition
Community PGM disclosure policy may be included as an aspect of other documentation including E&S standards or institutional disclosure policies.
The DFI should define the role and responsibilities between itself and its client for the disclosure of the availability of a PGM.

A project-affected person is a person or household affected by direct economic, environmental, and social impacts caused by a project.
