Ella joined Publish What You Fund in September 2024 and contributes to the DFI Transparency Initiative. She holds an MSc in International Public Policy from University College London. Prior to and during her master’s studies, Ella gained two years of experience with the Politics and Governance team at the Overseas Development Institute (ODI). There, she worked on various projects, including a study analysing approaches to strengthening accountability at Agence Française de Développement (AFD) as well as supporting the ODI Fellowship Scheme. Ella also brings experience as a Data Analyst for the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health and has led the publication of UCL’s student think tank journal at the Bentham Brooks Institute.
