Ingram praises new foreign aid legislation

George Ingram, Co-Chrairman of the Modernizing Foreign Assistance Network, last week in the Huffington Post praised House Foreign Affairs Chairman Howard Berman (D-CA) for releasing a “thoughtful draft” of new legislation authorizing U.S. foreign assistance. Ingram says it is long overdue, having not been renewed since 1961, but “proposes specific policies and mechanisms to make the entire U.S.
